Step into a sanctuary of winter calm and soulful renewal.
On January 15th from 6:30–8:30 PM, join us at the Old Town Hall in Almonte for a deeply soothing evening of Reiki and Sound Healing.
As you rest comfortably, Breanna will offer gentle, intuitive Reiki to support emotional release, energetic clearing, and inner harmony.
At the same time, Rachelle from One Wellness Ottawa and Sacred Sound Hypnosis will guide you on a meditative sound journey using crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other vibrational instruments, allowing healing frequencies to wash through your body and activate a sense of profound peace.
We’ll end with warm tea and fresh cookies, a grounding and comforting close to a magical evening of healing.
