Hey everyone! 😊
One Wellness Ottawa is super excited to invite you to a relaxing and rejuvenating afternoon of Reiki and Sound Bath Meditation on February 2nd from 1 PM to 3 PM. We’ll be gathering at the charming Old Town Hall in Almonte, 14 Bridge Street.
What’s Happening:
🔔 Sound Bath: Rachelle and Rachael , will lead you through soothing vibrations using crystal singing bowls and other instruments. You’ll also get to experience Rachael’s hypnotic voice as she sings along with the sounds.
👐 Reiki Session: Special guest Natasha Blackley, a Reiki Master, will guide us in calming and healing energy.
