Join us at the beautiful Cedardale Barn for Moonlit Magic, an evening of somatic breathwork and sound healing on October 30th from 6–8 p.m.
If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, carrying tension in your body, or finding it hard to fully switch off and relax, this evening is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and come back into a calmer, more grounded state.
We’ll begin with Adria, who will guide us through somatic breathwork using intentional breathing and the body to help regulate the nervous system, move through built-up stress and emotion, and bring you more into the present moment.
From there, Rachelle will guide us into a deeply restorative sound healing experience, using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments to help quiet the mind, soften the body, and settle into deep relaxation.
