About the event
As the Full Harvest Moon rises, take a couple of hours to slow down, reconnect, and simply be.
Join us on Saturday, September 27th, from 1:00–3:00 p.m. at the beautiful Cedardale Barn (328A River Road, Ottawa) for an afternoon of ceremony, relaxation, and connection.
We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony led by Rachel of Maya Luna, creating space to set intentions and connect with yourself and the energy of the Full Harvest Moon. From there, Rachelle of One Wellness Ottawa will guide you through a deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing you to rest, recharge, and integrate the experience.
Afterwards, stay for tea, cookies, and meaningful conversation in a warm and welcoming space.
Whether you’re new to cacao and sound healing or have experienced them before, you’re welcome just as you are.
