Join us for a deeply relaxing evening of Sound Healing and Reiki at the beautiful Cedardale edardaleBarn.
On April 12th from 6:30–8:00 p.m., Rachelle will guide you through a calming crystal singing bowl Sound Bath, allowing the soothing vibrations to help quiet the mind, relax the body, and bring your nervous system into a peaceful state. As you rest comfortably, Nat will gently move throughout the room offering Reiki, a form of energy healing that helps support balance and relaxation.
This experience will help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful and supportive environment.
At the end of the evening, tea and cookies will be served, and you’re welcome to stay for a few minutes to mingle and share the experience if you feel called to.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable lying down.
